It’s not every day that you hear such an amazing love story. Kathe and Alex met in Richmond, Virginia when they were still in high school. Kathe had gone abroad as an exchange student in order to perfect her English. Their love was so strong that they were in a long-distance relationship for three years and then their paths turned separate ways. They spoke only on special occassions like birthdays and christmas during the next eight years. They saw each other again in 2013 while Kathe was completing her Master’s in Canada and they say it was as if time had never gone by. Some couples are just meant to be!<3

On the 10th of December we had the priviledge of witnessing their love in a very intimate catholic ceremony that took place in Cali, Colombia (Kathe’s hometown) in a small Hacienda called Las Mañanitas.
